GETTING YOUR PW IS EASY
Getting into your private gallery is as simple as 1-2-3. Just include the following in an email to tangtechphoto@comcast.net:
1. Your Name (so we can reply to you)
2. Gallery Title (like 070627 Black vs. Green, we sort galleries by year-mm-dd)
3. Card Code (a number like 1234 on the back of cards handed out at events)
We will email you a secret PW to unlock your private gallery (not needed for public galleries). Seeing a matching Gallery and Card Code, we'll know you could have taken photos yourself but let us focus on hundreds or thousands of photos while you focused on your event. We let you enjoy your event and relax after it. While you sleep we typically spend many hours to create a healthy-sized gallery preview. Then we work for days or weeks to polish and upload the remaining photos. You can visit days, months or even possibly years later.
Save our email and jot down the gallery and PW in the place provided on cards for future visits. We hate spam, never sell emails, and use them only to give personalized service and to safeguarding youth photos which parents say they appreciate. Please ask others to email us for a PW instead of sharing yours.

We'll typically make additional adjustments in our digital photo lab to polish and professionally crop any ordered image. We spend the extra time on these precious moments because we want you to love THE Shots you order.
If you see images in the free slideshow that you want, you have the opportunity to order a variety of prints, enlargements and fantastic photo products. First you pick the images by adding them to your cart. Then you view cart and select paper sizes, photo gifts, etc. Check out our growing Professional Prints and Gifts Catalog. We use a top-notch printer--winner of a Digital Printer Shoot-out judged by customers like you. Although nobody we know has ever needed it, there is a 30-day Refund/Reprint Guarantee. We focus on photos and leave the printing to experts. To keep your price and delivery times low, printers ship direct to you (not us then you) so we never see the prints. Email help@smugmug.com within 30 days if you aren't thrilled. Of course, computer screens and printer color capabilities vary so there will always be some acceptable differences in what you see on screen versus prints, mousepads, clothing, etc. Email smugmug if you need help. We'd love it if you can also email us to let us know if we were able to thrill you with your photos.
